Add Atlassian Forge to a bot
It takes about a minute, and each person signs in once.
To a bot you have
- 1Open the bot’s settings and click + under Apps
- 2Choose Atlassian Forge and add it to the bot
- 3Sign in with your own Atlassian Forge account
To a new bot
- 1Click New bot, name it and say what it’s for
- 2Click Connect apps beside its name and choose Atlassian Forge
- 3Add it to the bot, then sign in with your own Atlassian Forge account
Then ask. The bot works in Atlassian Forge as you, with your access.
Your own sign-in
Each person signs in to Atlassian Forge themselves. A bot uses the sign-in of whoever is talking to it, never a teammate’s.
Only the bots you choose
A bot can use Atlassian Forge only once it has been added to that bot.
Switch off any action
Turn off any Atlassian Forge action for your sign-in, or remove it from a bot, whenever you like.
Questions about Atlassian Forge and Emra

Emra bots do. Each is an always-on AI agent that works like a member of your team, and it connects to Atlassian Forge alongside the other apps you use, so one bot can carry a task from one app to the next.
