Emra + Miro
Your bots read your Miro boards, draw diagrams and tables on them, and reply to the comments your team leaves.
What your bots can do in Miro
Connect Emra with Miro to use 24/7, always-on AI agents that work like your team.
- 01
Read a board
Search a board's content and read any area of it, then summarize what the team put there.
- 02
Draw on the board
Ask for a diagram, flowchart or layout and a bot draws it on the board, or updates what is there.
- 03
Keep tables current
Create tables, add or update rows, and switch a table to grid, timeline or kanban view.
- 04
Work through comments
Read comments on a board, reply to threads, and resolve them when the work is done.
Things to ask
- Summarize the sticky notes from Tuesday's retro board
- Draw a flowchart of our refund process on the ops board
- Reply to the open comments on the launch board and resolve them
Add Miro to a bot
It takes about a minute, and each person signs in once.
To a bot you have
- 1Open the bot’s settings and click + under Apps
- 2Choose Miro and add it to the bot
- 3Sign in with your own Miro account
To a new bot
- 1Click New bot, name it and say what it’s for
- 2Click Connect apps beside its name and choose Miro
- 3Add it to the bot, then sign in with your own Miro account
Then ask. The bot works in Miro as you, with your access.
Your own sign-in
Each person signs in to Miro themselves. A bot uses the sign-in of whoever is talking to it, never a teammate’s.
Only the bots you choose
A bot can use Miro only once it has been added to that bot.
Switch off any action
Turn off any Miro action for your sign-in, or remove it from a bot, whenever you like.
Questions about Miro and Emra
How do I use AI agents with Miro?
Add Miro to an Emra bot and sign in, then ask the bot in plain words, in its chat or in Slack. It is an AI agent that works in Miro as you, and it can run on a schedule you set.
What AI agents work with Miro?
Emra bots do. Each is an always-on AI agent that works like a member of your team, and it connects to Miro alongside the other apps you use, so one bot can carry a task from one app to the next.
Do Emra bots have their own computer?
Yes. Every Emra bot has its own computer and web browser in the cloud. It works in Miro through this integration, and it can use any website your team can for the work that happens elsewhere.
Can AI agents work in Miro around the clock?
Yes. Emra bots are always on. Give one a schedule and it does the work in Miro at the times you set, or ask it anything, at any hour.
How do I connect Miro to Emra?
Open a bot’s settings, click + under Apps and choose Miro. Add it to the bot, then sign in with your Miro account. It takes about a minute.
Whose Miro account does a bot use?
The account of whoever is talking to it. Each teammate signs in with their own, and a bot never uses one person’s sign-in for someone else.
Can I limit what a bot does in Miro?
Yes. Any Miro action can be switched off for your own sign-in, and Miro can be removed from a bot at any time.
Is there anything to install?
No. Your bots reach Miro from Emra’s cloud, so you only sign in.
