Add Productboard to a bot
It takes about a minute, and each person signs in once.
To a bot you have
- 1Open the bot’s settings and click + under Apps
- 2Choose Productboard and add it to the bot
- 3Sign in with your own Productboard account
To a new bot
- 1Click New bot, name it and say what it’s for
- 2Click Connect apps beside its name and choose Productboard
- 3Add it to the bot, then sign in with your own Productboard account
Then ask. The bot works in Productboard as you, with your access.
Your own sign-in
Each person signs in to Productboard themselves. A bot uses the sign-in of whoever is talking to it, never a teammate’s.
Only the bots you choose
A bot can use Productboard only once it has been added to that bot.
Switch off any action
Turn off any Productboard action for your sign-in, or remove it from a bot, whenever you like.
Questions about Productboard and Emra
How do I use AI agents with Productboard?
Add Productboard to an Emra bot and sign in, then ask the bot in plain words, in its chat or in Slack. It is an AI agent that works in Productboard as you, and it can run on a schedule you set.
What AI agents work with Productboard?
Emra bots do. Each is an always-on AI agent that works like a member of your team, and it connects to Productboard alongside the other apps you use, so one bot can carry a task from one app to the next.
Do Emra bots have their own computer?
Yes. Every Emra bot has its own computer and web browser in the cloud. It works in Productboard through this integration, and it can use any website your team can for the work that happens elsewhere.
Can AI agents work in Productboard around the clock?
Yes. Emra bots are always on. Give one a schedule and it does the work in Productboard at the times you set, or ask it anything, at any hour.
How do I connect Productboard to Emra?
Open a bot’s settings, click + under Apps and choose Productboard. Add it to the bot, then sign in with your Productboard account. It takes about a minute.
Whose Productboard account does a bot use?
The account of whoever is talking to it. Each teammate signs in with their own, and a bot never uses one person’s sign-in for someone else.
Can I limit what a bot does in Productboard?
Yes. Any Productboard action can be switched off for your own sign-in, and Productboard can be removed from a bot at any time.
Is there anything to install?
No. Your bots reach Productboard from Emra’s cloud, so you only sign in.
