To a bot you have

  1. 1Open the bot’s settings and click + under Apps
  2. 2Choose Workable and add it to the bot
  3. 3Sign in with your own Workable account

To a new bot

  1. 1Click New bot, name it and say what it’s for
  2. 2Click Connect apps beside its name and choose Workable
  3. 3Add it to the bot, then sign in with your own Workable account

  • Your own sign-in

Each person signs in to Workable themselves. A bot uses the sign-in of whoever is talking to it, never a teammate’s.

  • Only the bots you choose

A bot can use Workable only once it has been added to that bot.

  • Switch off any action

Turn off any Workable action for your sign-in, or remove it from a bot, whenever you like.

Questions about Workable and Emra

Add Workable to an Emra bot and sign in, then ask the bot in plain words, in its chat or in Slack. It is an AI agent that works in Workable as you, and it can run on a schedule you set.

What AI agents work with Workable?

Emra bots do. Each is an always-on AI agent that works like a member of your team, and it connects to Workable alongside the other apps you use, so one bot can carry a task from one app to the next.

Do Emra bots have their own computer?

Yes. Every Emra bot has its own computer and web browser in the cloud. It works in Workable through this integration, and it can use any website your team can for the work that happens elsewhere.

Can AI agents work in Workable around the clock?

Yes. Emra bots are always on. Give one a schedule and it does the work in Workable at the times you set, or ask it anything, at any hour.

How do I connect Workable to Emra?

Open a bot’s settings, click + under Apps and choose Workable. Add it to the bot, then sign in with your Workable account. It takes about a minute.

The account of whoever is talking to it. Each teammate signs in with their own, and a bot never uses one person’s sign-in for someone else.

Can I limit what a bot does in Workable?

Yes. Any Workable action can be switched off for your own sign-in, and Workable can be removed from a bot at any time.

Is there anything to install?

No. Your bots reach Workable from Emra’s cloud, so you only sign in.
