Emra + TierZero
Your bots run TierZero investigations into production issues and bring back findings backed by evidence.
What your bots can do in TierZero
Connect Emra with TierZero to use 24/7, always-on AI agents that work like your team.
- 01
Investigate an incident
Describe what broke and a bot starts a TierZero investigation that returns evidence-backed findings.
- 02
Across logs, metrics and traces
Investigations read the telemetry you connected, from Datadog and Sentry to CloudWatch.
- 03
Code, deploys and runbooks
Findings tie in your GitHub code, CI runs, and the runbooks kept in Confluence or Notion.
- 04
Pick up past investigations
Hand a bot a TierZero chat, investigation or digest link and it reads the full context.
Things to ask
- Investigate why checkout latency spiked after the 2pm deploy
- Did last night's deploy cause the rise in failed logins?
- Read this investigation link and sum up what it found
Add TierZero to a bot
It takes about a minute, and each person signs in once.
To a bot you have
- 1Open the bot’s settings and click + under Apps
- 2Choose TierZero and add it to the bot
- 3Sign in with your own TierZero account
To a new bot
- 1Click New bot, name it and say what it’s for
- 2Click Connect apps beside its name and choose TierZero
- 3Add it to the bot, then sign in with your own TierZero account
Then ask. The bot works in TierZero as you, with your access.
Your own sign-in
Each person signs in to TierZero themselves. A bot uses the sign-in of whoever is talking to it, never a teammate’s.
Only the bots you choose
A bot can use TierZero only once it has been added to that bot.
Switch off any action
Turn off any TierZero action for your sign-in, or remove it from a bot, whenever you like.
Questions about TierZero and Emra
How do I use AI agents with TierZero?
Add TierZero to an Emra bot and sign in, then ask the bot in plain words, in its chat or in Slack. It is an AI agent that works in TierZero as you, and it can run on a schedule you set.
What AI agents work with TierZero?
Emra bots do. Each is an always-on AI agent that works like a member of your team, and it connects to TierZero alongside the other apps you use, so one bot can carry a task from one app to the next.
Do Emra bots have their own computer?
Yes. Every Emra bot has its own computer and web browser in the cloud. It works in TierZero through this integration, and it can use any website your team can for the work that happens elsewhere.
Can AI agents work in TierZero around the clock?
Yes. Emra bots are always on. Give one a schedule and it does the work in TierZero at the times you set, or ask it anything, at any hour.
How do I connect TierZero to Emra?
Open a bot’s settings, click + under Apps and choose TierZero. Add it to the bot, then sign in with your TierZero account. It takes about a minute.
Whose TierZero account does a bot use?
The account of whoever is talking to it. Each teammate signs in with their own, and a bot never uses one person’s sign-in for someone else.
Can I limit what a bot does in TierZero?
Yes. Any TierZero action can be switched off for your own sign-in, and TierZero can be removed from a bot at any time.
Is there anything to install?
No. Your bots reach TierZero from Emra’s cloud, so you only sign in.
