Add Aircall to a bot
It takes about a minute, and each person signs in once.
To a bot you have
- 1Open the bot’s settings and click + under Apps
- 2Choose Aircall and add it to the bot
- 3Sign in with your own Aircall account
To a new bot
- 1Click New bot, name it and say what it’s for
- 2Click Connect apps beside its name and choose Aircall
- 3Add it to the bot, then sign in with your own Aircall account
Then ask. The bot works in Aircall as you, with your access.
Your own sign-in
Each person signs in to Aircall themselves. A bot uses the sign-in of whoever is talking to it, never a teammate’s.
Only the bots you choose
A bot can use Aircall only once it has been added to that bot.
Switch off any action
Turn off any Aircall action for your sign-in, or remove it from a bot, whenever you like.
Questions about Aircall and Emra
How do I use AI agents with Aircall?
Add Aircall to an Emra bot and sign in, then ask the bot in plain words, in its chat or in Slack. It is an AI agent that works in Aircall as you, and it can run on a schedule you set.
What AI agents work with Aircall?
Emra bots do. Each is an always-on AI agent that works like a member of your team, and it connects to Aircall alongside the other apps you use, so one bot can carry a task from one app to the next.
Do Emra bots have their own computer?
Yes. Every Emra bot has its own computer and web browser in the cloud. It works in Aircall through this integration, and it can use any website your team can for the work that happens elsewhere.
Can AI agents work in Aircall around the clock?
Yes. Emra bots are always on. Give one a schedule and it does the work in Aircall at the times you set, or ask it anything, at any hour.
How do I connect Aircall to Emra?
Open a bot’s settings, click + under Apps and choose Aircall. Add it to the bot, then sign in with your Aircall account. It takes about a minute.
Whose Aircall account does a bot use?
The account of whoever is talking to it. Each teammate signs in with their own, and a bot never uses one person’s sign-in for someone else.
Can I limit what a bot does in Aircall?
Yes. Any Aircall action can be switched off for your own sign-in, and Aircall can be removed from a bot at any time.
Is there anything to install?
No. Your bots reach Aircall from Emra’s cloud, so you only sign in.
