  • Switch off any action

Turn off any Infobip action for your sign-in, or remove it from a bot, whenever you like.

Questions about Infobip and Emra

How do I use AI agents with Infobip?

What AI agents work with Infobip?

Emra bots do. Each is an always-on AI agent that works like a member of your team, and it connects to Infobip alongside the other apps you use, so one bot can carry a task from one app to the next.

Do Emra bots have their own computer?

Yes. Every Emra bot has its own computer and web browser in the cloud. It works in Infobip through this integration, and it can use any website your team can for the work that happens elsewhere.

Can AI agents work in Infobip around the clock?

Yes. Emra bots are always on. Give one a schedule and it does the work in Infobip at the times you set, or ask it anything, at any hour.

Open a bot’s settings, click + under Apps and choose Infobip. Add it to the bot, then sign in with your Infobip account. It takes about a minute.

The account of whoever is talking to it. Each teammate signs in with their own, and a bot never uses one person’s sign-in for someone else.

Yes. Any Infobip action can be switched off for your own sign-in, and Infobip can be removed from a bot at any time.

No. Your bots reach Infobip from Emra’s cloud, so you only sign in.
